Age matters but does having an age statement on the whiskey bottle matter?
We all want older whiskey and age can't be replaced, at least not yet. How much does having an age statement on a label really matter to you? If the whiskey is good, it's good, right? Is it better if you know for sure that the youngest whiskey in the bottle is 6 years old or is enough to know it contains 6, 7, and 8-year stock? Do what do we really 'know' anyway?
